Arrow Insulation and Pest Solutions is a family owned company since 1987. We’re looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team and help us provide the best possible service to our customers. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pests, and providing treatment options for rodents. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and maintaining a high level of customer service. Biding and selling attic and crawlspace cleanups offers additional compensation by way of commissions. This commission amount is up to you and how committed you are to the process. On average, our technicians earn $3,000.00 per month on commission above and beyond the $45,000.00 annual salary. This position also offers a take home work vehicle.
